EASYFERM® is designed to correctly activate dry yeast before inoculation into must, ensuring a reliable and controlled start of fermentation.
The system automatically manages temperature, mixing, and timing, creating optimal conditions for yeast cells.
This results in a fast start, clean fermentation, and strong dominance of the selected yeast strain, reducing the risk of stuck fermentations.
Suitable for white, rosé, and red wines, as well as secondary fermentations and problematic fermentations.

EASYFERM® PDC (Pied de cuve)

EASYFERM® OAK (wood extraction)
Function for extracting aromatic and phenolic compounds from oak and other wood materials (chips, fragments, etc.). Automatically controls circulation, temperature, and time, ensuring fast and predictable results. Compatible with Frammento® technology.
